Local online orders (within 100km of the store)  will be subject to our standard seven (7) day return policy, for exchange or store credit provided it was a regular priced item, unworn, unwashed, and the original sales tags are still attached. Any item received by mail for return that does not qualify to be returned will be considered abandoned by the sender. Clearance, delicate, items on sale, jewellery, footwear and international sales are final sale.

 Online orders outside of  the 100km range of the store that were regular priced items shipped via Canada Post, UPS, FEDEX or any other third party provider, may be returned to the store, using normal shipping, for exchange or store credit, within fourteen (14) days of original purchase, if unworn, unwashed, and with the original sales tags still attached. Returned within the first 7 days, return shipping will be free (To be reimbursed for the return, customer must email us at [email protected], using subject "Return" with a legible picture of the original return shipping receipt, containing the cost and tracking number. Any insurance on the package, will not be reimbursed) Any item received by mail for return that does not qualify to be returned will be considered abandoned by the sender and no reimbursement will be issued.  Clearance, delicate, items on sale, jewellery, footwear and international sales are final sale.
